Best efforts are made when ordering to not only please regular customers but every customer. But still it is impossible to make everyone happy and to carry everything wanted. With that being said we will still try and suit all of your needs although there are no gaurentees. If you are looking for a product you have seen elsewhere or we already carry something from the same brand name but not the specific style your interested in let us know. In most cases we will be able to order it in especially if we already carry products from the same company. We also may have it at a different location and could have it at the store closest to you within the same day depending on the time and quanitity requested. Please include a good description of the product you are interested in us carrying and the brand that makes the product, that way we can best help you. Also include if you are regulary visiting our store and if you are looking for a certain quantity every week, few days, etc. We will respond as soon as possible via email and if you are in store feel free to ask there aswell and your request will be taken note of.
